Shipping policy

We offer professional and secure global shipping services for all apparel orders. Considering the structural features of functional clothing such as thick fabrics, three-dimensional cuts and metal accessories, we adopt standardized protective packaging. All goods will be inspected, tidily folded and put into thick dust-proof bags first, then packed into sturdy cartons to prevent dirt, heavy creases, extrusion damage and abrasion of zippers, buttons and buckles during transit.

All confirmed orders will be processed, packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time. After shipment, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email, allowing you to check real-time logistics information at any time.

For all international orders, all import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer. We will provide complete standard documents to assist customs clearance. The delivery time is for reference only. We shall not be responsible for delays or losses caused by customs inspection, logistics backlog, extreme weather, remote area transit and other uncontrollable factors.

If you receive damaged packages, defective goods, incorrect sizes or wrong styles, please contact customer service within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the package and products. We will verify the issue promptly and provide full refund, free replacement and other proper after-sales solutions to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
